Project Brief
Create an up beat School Recruitment video showing off all the good qualities of Charnwood school. You will need to film a number of interviews as well as capture the school day. All will need to be filmed in one day between school hours.

Challenges
The key challenges were being sure we would be able to get great comments from those we interviewed whilst still having time to capture as much as we could of the school, such as the lessons and the facilities.
Initial Concept Planning
In order to produce this School Recruitment video we had to spend a lot of time planning how we would shoot everything. We worked alongside the school to ensure all the timings were correct and from there we could have a better idea of when we could film everything.
Filming
The way we approach filming the school promos is to work with the school and come up with a shooting schedule, rather than just turn up on the day and hope for the best. By having a schedule in place it means we can also make quick decisions should things need changing as they invariably do.
Editing & Final Delivery
We had lots of great footage to work with and so we began as always by choosing the right type of music. We sent over various examples that we thought could work and once Charnwood decided on the one they wanted then we started putting together the story for the film. Once the story is in place then we were able to spend the remaining time on the cutaway shots and the pacing of the film.

It was a great project to work on and thankfully all the planning helped to make the shoot go perfectly as we managed to get some great shots of the school and hopefully this has shown you how brilliant this school is!
