Our Proven Process, Produces Results
1. MEETING
We think it is important to have face to face meetings with those we are working with. So wherever you are based we will make the effort to come and sit with you and go through ideas for the project.
2. PLANNING
Once we have agreed on the idea’s then we work on a schedule and set up our project management system for you to be part of as well. This is a collaboration so we include you at every step of the way.
3. EXECUTE
As per the schedule we then start to work on the project. If it’s a school website then we will start to work on the main structure, if it’s a video then we will start to film and edit.
4. TESTING
When we get close to the end of the project it is important to test everything before it goes live. If it’s an app we can test it on our devices & if it’s a school website we will go through every page to ensure it all works as it should.
5. DELIVERY
Thanks to our new way of managing projects it means we are all clear on when things are going to be delivered. As much as we love working with you, it’s always nice to hand back the baby at the end of the day so that you can enjoy all the fun :-)!
